We are australian based, which is why the costs are slightly higher than the others who simply claim they are Australian, but, the location of the server has people who still don't know what G'day means.

We aren't like other hosts, who have a support email address, but your response comes from a machine. We have humans reading your emails, and responding to those emails in a helpful, supportive manner. Other hosts have had network outages, server load issues, and claim to be affordable and reliable, but are exactly the opposite. Other hosts have had email databases of their customers compromised, and security flaws allowing mass mailing of customers.

We've seen bad hosts. We've had to deal with bad hosts before. We know what we like, and we know what is simply not on. And naturally, we can see from that the market we want are those who have better things to do than try and get a website running (that should have been running in the first place).

Our name? Well, all the good names were taken. So we chose something that reflected a reason behind the startup of the service, at the same time was an enjoyable name. We don't plan to have any periods of unnecessary downtime, and we plan to give our customers the best service available.

Our systems are managed by very skilled technicians who have spent many years in front of environments where uptime was critical, and the same people have maintained servers with more than 1 year uptime on them. We won't guarantee 1 solid year of uninterupted service, security updates will naturally make that sound silly. We will however guarantee a reliable environment, readily accessible for your customers to view your web site.
