Payment

Payment to get the low monthly rate is paid yearly in advance. Monthly options are available, choose your chosen payment method during setup.

Location

We have our servers located in the IPERA data centre in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia (and not Austria), with dedicated connectivity to the rest of the internet, and agreements in place for reliability of the connection. This means that your site will load faster, as it won't suffer the delays of finding a path from the USA to Australia, and isn't affected by international outages.

Control Panel

We do use Web Host Automation's control panel, to allow users to make changes in real time, but, of course, our friendly support staff are more than happy to assist with any settings you require setup on your account, either directly, or custom. We don't like to see our customers restricted, and do whatever we can to facilitate their web presence.

Databases

We have support for MSSQL and MySQL databases, and we don't limit ourselves to older versions, running stable, current versions of each software.

Scripting Support

We support various scripting options, which include PHP, ASP, ASP.net, and even some Perl support is available. Custom application support exists also, for those who wish to run something out of the ordinary.

Backup

We do have a backup process implemented, and have RAID backup to ensure that your data isn't prone to being lost through technical failure.
