Dedicated Servers
A Dedicated Server gives you full control over the box that you are hosted on, without the need to fund and repair your own hardware. We supply and own the hardware you are hosted on, and will naturally look after any hardware issues.
Support
Limited support is available to dedicated server customers, in the form of remote hands, or in the form of problem resolution. These services may cost, but the charges will generally be proportionate to the support required. Managed server customers incur no charges for support.
Managed Server
If you wish, you may optionally elect to have a managed server with us. We will keep the server updated, and maintain the server, and advise on any recommended changes at regular intervals to ensure the good health of the server and the hosting environment. Contact us for more information.
Hardware Options
We offer various hardware configuration options, and can customise the unit anyway you wish. Customised options are also available with various amounts of bandwidth and various hardware configurations possible. Contact us for a quote for your specific needs.
Remote Reboot
Should the server have an uneventful issue, and require someone to kick it back into action with a reboot, a remote reboot can be arranged.
Hardware Failure
Whilst maintaining regular backups in an unmanaged environment is the clients responsibility, should any hardware failure occur, we will replace the hardware item in the server, generally same day on working days.
Additional Options
Purchasing additional options for a dedicated server are possible, and generally incur a small increase in the monthly fee, or a once only setup fee. Options vary in price. To upgrade, simply contact our staff.
